Hi everyone,

Hi, I'm a student at Instituto de Formación Técnica Superior N° 11 (Ministry of Education, City of Buenos Aires, Argentina), enrolled in the Tecnicatura Superior en Desarrollo de Software program.

My application keeps getting rejected with: "You appear to not be near any campus location for the school you have selected. If you are a distance learner then your school-provided academic affiliation documentation must state so."

The issue is that my program is hybrid, not fully remote: classes are online, but exams are in-person at the institute. Because of this:

I'm not physically near campus when applying (my classes don't require it).
None of my documents state "distance learning," because that's not accurate — it's a hybrid program.

So far I've tried uploading:

My official enrollment certificate (dated, on institutional letterhead, with the rector's signature and seal, showing my full name, national ID, and program name)
A photo of the institute's official website
A photo of the campus itself
My course registration certificate (constancia de inscripción a las materias)

All of them were rejected for the same "not near campus" reason.

Is there a way to get this reviewed considering the hybrid nature of the program? Happy to provide any additional documentation needed.
