Verification Help & Guidance
Hi everyone,
Ticket ID: 4758723
I am a 17-year-old high school student in Japan. I am unable to complete my Student Developer Pack application due to two specific issues.
Issue 1: Billing form rejects my legal single-character family name. My legal name on my student ID is "王 紹哲". The billing form rejects the single-character family name "王" with "Last name is too short". If I add a space or use Pinyin, the automated verification fails to match my document.
Issue 2: Location check fails despite being on campus. I was physically on campus using a mobile hotspot, not a VPN. However, the system claims I am not near campus. I suspect the campus location data for "Nishiyamato Gakuen" in the system is incomplete or incorrect.
I have already opened a support ticket (#4758723) and attached my Student ID and a Google Maps screenshot showing my GPS is inside the campus. I am currently locked out of re-applying due to account flags.
@abbycabs Could you please point me to the correct approach? I urgently need these tools for my high school studies.
