Automated student verification issue with digital school portal

Hi everyone,

Hi team,

My student application for the Developer Pack is being repeatedly rejected by the automatic scanner. Our school in the Netherlands uses an official digital portal (Somtoday / SharePoint) and does not issue physical student IDs or paper documents by default.

When submitting proof via the live camera, the automated tool fails to recognize the digital portal layout. Since I am using a school-issued email address, could someone advise on how to properly complete the verification with a digital portal?

Hi,

Your school in the Netherlands uses official digital platforms (Somtoday and SharePoint) and does not provide physical student ID cards or paper enrollment documents. Because of this, the automated verification tool is unable to recognize the information displayed on my screen during the live camera check.

I am applying with your official school-issued email address and can provide additional proof of enrollment, such as a screenshot of student portal showing name, school name, current academic year, and active enrollment status.

Could your application be reviewed manually, or could you advise on alternative documents that would be accepted for verification?

Additional tips:

Take a clear screenshot of your student portal showing your full name, school name, and current enrollment status.
If available, download an enrollment confirmation letter or proof of registration from Somtoday.
Ensure your school email address is verified and matches the school shown in the portal.

Manual review is usually the best option when a school only provides digital records and no physical student ID.
