Remove unreliable GitGuardian Actions workflow #20
Description
Reason
The .github/workflows/GitGuardian.yml workflow has repeatedly failed with Error: Invalid GitGuardian API key. (runs 36794639551, 36767605822, 36768249935, 36769702357). Remove the failing Actions workflow; do not change the separate installed GitGuardian GitHub App check.
Security coverage to verify
The request indicated that GitHub secret scanning and push protection were already enabled, but GET /repos/SamErde/PowerShell currently reports security_and_analysis.secret_scanning.status: disabled and security_and_analysis.secret_scanning_push_protection.status: disabled (checked 2026-10-01). Removing the workflow therefore must not be represented as retaining verified secret protection. Repository administrators should enable/confirm scanning and push protection as appropriate before relying on them. Do not alter settings as part of this issue.
Scope
Delete only the GitGuardian workflow and any directly related repository references; validate remaining workflows with actionlint. Check required status-check settings; do not delete repository secrets. An administrator can delete the unused GITGUARDIAN_API_KEY Actions secret after removal.
