The latest release was version 7.0.0, which is available here: https://github.com/SpiNNakerManchester/spalloc_server/tree/7.0.0.

A Java version of the SpiNNaker allocation server is now available in the "SpiNNaker-allocserv" module of https://github.com/SpiNNakerManchester/JavaSpiNNaker.
