Error when installing on Apple M1 machine (building from source)

Issue Summary

Looks like npm looks for a wrong location when looking for stdarg.h (I believe on a Mac its under Xcode package). The main error is:

fatal error: cannot open file '/usr/local/include/stdarg.h': Permission denied

Hey @michelgokan - odd! It works fine for me on macOS 12.4 and Xcode 13.14.1.

I know it's not a real solution but v5.1.1 now comes with ARM64 binaries, so you shouldn't need to build any longer: https://github.com/TryGhost/node-sqlite3/releases/tag/v5.1.1

Maybe you should specify target_arch when build

This command works for me under M1.
