ClickHouse supports GLOBAL IN and GLOBAL NOT IN for distributed subqueries, but ClickHouseDialect fails to parse them:
SELECT * FROM t WHERE x GLOBAL IN (1, 2);
SELECT * FROM t WHERE x GLOBAL NOT IN (SELECT y FROM t2);
SELECT * FROM t WHERE x GLOBAL IN t2;
Plain IN / NOT IN work, and GLOBAL is already supported on joins (GLOBAL JOIN), but not as an IN modifier.
