Add activeTasks() to TasksTupleWithEpochs, returning the active tasks without their assignment epochs. Replace the two call sites that already derived this by hand from activeTasksWithEpochs() with the new method. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
