Upgrades WireMock from 3.13.2 to 4.0.0-beta.39 in the
powertools-cloudformationandpowertools-lambda-metadatatests. This clears 18 Dependabot alerts.pom.xml: add thewiremock.versionproperty and managewiremock-junit5. WireMock 4 moves the JUnit 5 extension out of the core library.powertools-cloudformationandpowertools-lambda-metadata: addwiremock-junit5in test scope.WireMock 4 resolves Jetty 12.1.13, Handlebars 4.5.5,
httpclient55.6.4, andhttpcore5/httpcore5-h25.4.3. WireMock 4 is a beta release. The risk stays low because both modules use it in test scope only.mvn verifypasses on both modules.Issue number: closes #2663
