The networkinformation plugins are not deployed #154

Description

@rgriebl

Qt 6.1 added https://doc.qt.io/qt-6/qnetworkinformation.html to the network module, but this needs plugins in networkinformation to be deployed. Please deploy these in addition to the tls one.

    This just bit us on FlightGear, can we help get a fix made, so we don't have to work around it ourselves?

    @zakalawe It's not too hard to add the necessary code, basically you need to write a NetworkInformationPluginsDeployer and then make sure it gets returned as part of the list here:

    if (moduleName == "network") {
    if (qtMajorVersion < 6) {
    return {getInstance<BearerPluginsDeployer>(moduleName)};
    } else if (qtMinorVersion >= 2) {
    return {getInstance<TlsBackendsDeployer>(moduleName)};
    }
    }

    The deployer can be derived from TlsBackendsDeployer for example. These deployer classes are generally so trivial that it's a bit of a verbose setup to go through these instances, but this approach does enable more complicated deployment logic where it might be needed.
