Memory Leak

When I run the command "padawan generate"
I got following error:
PHP Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 14780727296 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 262144 bytes) in
mkusher/padawan/src/Entity/Collection/MethodsCollection.php on line 67

And I use PHP 7.1.9 (cli)

how large is your project?
and can you provide the last line before this fatal error that says like completer.DEBUG: Memory: 1234567 ?
