In particular, removed test_release_versions() because pymupdf version is no longer related to mupdf version.
We move get_requires_for_build_wheel() to be before pipcl.Package().
* Requires exact versions of pymupdf_core, pymupdf4llm and pymupdf_layout. * Add empty test to prevent spurious errors from pytest.

import pymupdfnow internally imports layout and 4llm. It silently accepts import errors.pymupdf-core.pymupdfwhich requires pymupdf-core, 4llm and layout.Associated changes to Aptest are currently at: https://github.com/ArtifexSoftware/aptest/tree/jules#changelog
This is dummy PR. Tests are expected to fail because it relies on changes to other packages - pymupdf4llm, pymuodf_layout etc.
