   Is it possible to default to this mode and use -verbose to turn on the current mode? This has indeed been a pain point; past a dozen lines of build output the newcomers straight up stop to read them.

   I'd perhaps vote for a --bs-verbose to override a quiet option if given, and perhaps make the quiet option default in the bsconfig file, but I would not personally like the compiler itself to default to it... As it is it still fits in normal OCaml tooling for scraping output and that would break it...
