Add eager reconnection support for ReconnectingMono & RSocketClient #984

Closed

Description

@OlegDokuka

At this moment, the community finds the lazy behavior of the reconnect feature unobvious in terms of when the connection establishment happens, and why it is not being reestablished after the disconnection.

Thus, we have to make it configurable and expose explicit Lazy vs Eager connection reestablishment for ReconnectMono and RSocketClient

The actual workaround at this moment looks like the following:

rsocketClient
      .source()
      .flatMap(rsocket -> rsocket.onClose())
      .repeat()
      .retryWhen(Retry...)
      .subscribe()

    It would be helpful to have a more concrete example of code and how it causes confusion.

    I guess we now have #987 so I'll close this one in favor of that.
