Reservation PR stacks

Review and merge each stack from bottom to top, then release the changes together.

• Application: ui-ex#5538 — Regional reservation pricing → ui-ex#5546 — Global reservations and unified checkout.
• Documentation: docs#2483 — Regional reservation pricing → docs#2486 — Global reservations.
• Schema prerequisite: web#4421 must deploy before ui-ex#5546. This is a cross-repository release dependency.

Updates the Machine reservation documentation for the new 30% discount policy, including all six upfront prices, unchanged monthly credit tiers, and a corrected worked example.

Both of your reservation PRs are staying put. I'm not porting them into the Mintlify content because ui-ex#5538 hasn't shipped yet, and anything I port goes live at cutover on Wednesday, so the docs would be describing the 30% policy before it exists.

It's worth knowing for when the stack does ship: after Wednesday 09/24, these branches target a tree that no longer exists, so the docs half needs redoing as MDX. The pricing page becomes about/pricing.mdx. Ping me when you're ready and I'll help.

Heads up, this edits about/pricing.html.markerb, which no longer exists after the Mintlify cutover. It's about/pricing.mdx now, so the PR can't merge.

Same applies to #2486, which is also based on codex/5536-reservation-docs rather than main, which is why it looks mergeable.
