This PR adds per-transform fixture snapshot unit test so we can individually verify source map via https://evanw.github.io/source-map-visualization.
The idea is inspired by Vite's test https://github.com/vitejs/vite/blob/843a47da6b93dbd3ce28c4ffae33a8ef338c6f05/playground/js-sourcemap/__tests__/js-sourcemap.spec.ts#L76-L91
